Refunds and Cancellations
We take the utmost care to process your orders as per the instructions given by you, online and offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous order, we will respond to you within 7 working days of receiving a valid request with payment proof for the verification and processing of your order or the refund.
The timely refund of the unprocessed order will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction. The buyer will have to send us a written request for a refund within 2 days of making the payment along with-
Proof of the deduction of the payment amount.
In cases where the order has already been issued to the buyer, we will not be able to cancel the order and refund the delivery charges. However, in case of a valid refund request due to any error on our part, we will refund the package & delivery charges post receipt & validation of all valid documentationÂ
If the buyer doesn’t write within two days, then refund is not possible.
